Mrs. Ann's Pics

Mrs. Ann's Class October Fun!!!!!

Hello To All,
We have had a fun and busy few weeks.  My Tuesday/Thursday class went to the Fire Station and learned about fire safety.  I am going to try to get the pics on this website.   Both of my wonderful classes have been working on cutting, writing skills and doing some fun crafty projects.

Last week was Fire Safety and our Bible Story was, The Firey Furnace, and we learned the letter Aa.  This week we are learning about our bodies and that God made them, and the letter Bb.  I brought a box of objects that began with the letter of the week. For the letter Bb, I blew up a balloon and let it fly in the classroom and you should of heard the laughter from all.  I like to introduce new songs to dance and sing to.  It brings out the joy in everyone one, even us teachers get into it. I have soooo much fun teaching each child and enjoy what I do.  God has blessed me with your kiddos to teach and I thank you.

2011-2012 1st Week of School !

Hello,
Wow! What a great, wonderful, down right fantastic first week of school! We learned about classroom rules then correlated it to the Bible Story, The 10 Commandments and God's Rules. The kiddos learned our class routines and made new friends. I am teaching them this silly song called, A Tooty Ta. Ask your child about it.
Next week, the 2 day class has a field trip to the fire station, Tuesday, September 13th. Please don't forget your child's car seat and school t-shirt.
Next week, our theme is apples, and our Bible Story is about The Forbidden Fruit. We are going to try our cooking skills and make apple sauce. Should be quite fun and messy!
I can't tell you how excited and eager I am to teach your child and just have some plain old fun!
Please don't hesistate to contact me by e-mail if you have any questions. I am not a big blogger, sorry. I will try harder.
Thank you soooo much for entrusting your child with us at UCC Preschool Academy.
Hooray for God and learning!
Blessings,
Mrs. Ann

SEPTEMBER 2011Welcome to a new school year! We are so excited for all the great things in store for us this year. It was a pleasure to meet everyone during our Open House time. Hopefully you had a chance to meet a few of the staff members here and familiarize yourself with our school. I know that this can be a hectic time, so feel free to ask any questions or let me know how I can make your families transition smoother. I look forward to getting to know you all better as the year goes by. Mrs. Shonta
