Safari Fun In October!

We have had a great time so far this month! During  October we talked about how God made us special. Reed and Jacqueline made special friends using our potato heads! We are fearfully and wonderfully made!

One of our favorite things to do is read a good book. Jillian is taking a look at the book "The Kissing Hand" with her parrot "book buddy". We have read a lot of great stories so far. Here is a short list that may interest you. Most of these can be found at your local library or perhaps in our school library.

1. The Hello Goodbye Window
2. How do Dinosaurs Go to School
3. At This Very Moment
4. One
5. Ten Red Apples

Sharing time is often the favorite time of the day! During "Cc" sharing week Will showed us his super hero cape. Super Will to the RESCUE!!

Black is our color of the month. Ryker found a cool pair of shades, a rockin guitar, and a few black bracelets in our black box.

Every week we focus on activities that improve fine motor skills and promote development. Reed takes a moment to smile for the camera before going back to work on his fall leaf booklet. We learned a fun rhyme to help us remember how the leaves fall from the trees in Autumn.

The Leaves are Falling Down
The Leaves are Falling Down
Red Yellow Green and Brown
The Leaves are Falling Down
